1. The UHMWPE Board, choosing the UHMWPE resin as the material, is sintered by large pressing machine and large mould in the environment of high pressure and high temperature.

2. UHMWPE, short form of Ultra-high Molecular Weight Polyethylene, is a kind of thermoplastic engineering plastic with linear-structure and outstanding performance. It has the same molecular structure as common polyethylene sharing the same molecular chain, (-CH2-CH2-). But the common polyethylene has lower molecular weight about (5-30)*104, while the molecular weight of UHMWPE is more than 106. So UHMWPE has special performance which doesn’t exist in other common polyethylene, such as excellent wear resistance, self-lubricating, and impact resistance and so on.

3. UHMWPE Board can be used in the industries of General Machinery, Agricultural Machinery, Textile Machinery, Automobile, Mining, Paper Making, Chemical and Food. We can use the board to manufacture the parts which have the features of wear resistance, low noise and self-lubricating, such as gear, guide rail, gasket, seal ring, shaft sleeve and so on. Besides, we can also use it to manufacture goods down spouting funnel and warehouse lining.
