Technical Pipeline
· FRP Technical Pipeline enjoyed “outstanding saving energy” honor for its characteristic ≤ 0.084.
· Owing to smooth inner wall, the fluid transmission pressure head has lossed. So we can
choose smaller diameter pipeline or smaller power pump in the same flowing volume.
· When it is used in long distance transmission, the large diameter pipeline can reduce the installation charge, heat preservation charge and cancel anti-corrosion charge and free from maintenance charge.
· The pipeline will not be freezing in the frozen medium.
Characteristics:
Corrosion resistance: We design and manufacture pipeline and pipe fittings according to the pressure requirement of technics. We conduct full pressure test by 1.5 times pressure which is technical requirement.
Heat resistance: negative low temperature 70 ℃ , heat resistance to 250 ℃ . It has better insulation performance, can eliminate static electricity: fire retardant, and refused to burn, transparent performance is good and colors can be improved, good heat preservation properties and improved ability to enhance heat transfer.
No poison: can be used to transport drinking water.
Pipeline with sand
Quartz with sand pipeline layer is composed by the inner layer, transition layer, structure layer and surface layer.
The inner layer: the inner layer of pipeline played a crucial role in defensing leakage and corrosion resistance aspect. It is rich of 90% resin layer, with 10% of surface felt for enhancing materials, thickness 1.55 -2.5mm .
transition layer: choosing short-cut fiber fabric and spurt sand for the reinforced material, resin content is 70 ± 50%. It is the transition layer between inner layer and reinforced layer. As the backing of inner layer, it also played corrosion resistance roles to prevent capillary phenomena.
reinforced layer: This layer is fiber wrap layer, which is the key of the product strength. The content of resin is 30 ± 5%. It is adding quartz in order to advancing pipeline rigidity. The thickness is determined by the being pressed circs.
Outer surface layer: Also called protection layer. It is the outmost layer of pipeline, which consists of 100% resin. It has the function to prevent the corrosion by the soil. Besides, there is adding temper material, anti-aging material to increase using life. Thickness is 0.25 -0.5mm .
The main ingredients of pipeline:
Pipeline with sand is consist of surface felt , short-cut felt, gridding cloth, wrap voile, quartz sand, resin and so on. The component of pipeline is different according to different using conditions. Here list out the proportion data of pipeline of 1200, rigidity 3200, 0.6Mpa quartz pipeline material .

1. Good corrosion resistance feature:
Quartz pipeline with sand has acid resistance, alkali resistance, salt resistance and corrosion resistance features. It can transport groundwater, seawater, waste water and other strong corrosive liquid. We choose relative corrosion resistance material according to transportation medium to manufacture special pipeline. The pipeline can maintain the whole features of original FRP products. (low weight, high strength, corrosion resistance, insulation, heat resistance and easy to be designed.)
2. Good wear resistance
Pipeline with sand has good wear resistance feature. The test shows: Put slurry with large amount of sand, carpolite into different material pipes, run the pipe thousands of rounds, the pipes show different wear degree.
3. Good heat resistance, anti-freezing, and temperature adaptability.
Pipeline with sand can be runned in the temperature from -40 ℃ to 80 ℃ . Pipeline with special resin can be runned in high temperature 110 ℃ , also can't be freezed in freezing medium.
4. Little pressure and head loss
Pipeline with sand has smooth inner-wall and little resistance, roughness index is 0.0084. Resistance index is as little as 1/2 of the pipeline, 2/5 of the cement pipeline, with low fluid pressure head loss. It can transport large flux by small diameter mouth. Generally speaking , the diameter of pipeline with sand is smaller than castiron pipe and cement pipe. If we choose the same diameter pipeline, the power and energy of the pump can be saved by 1/3.
5. Large machinery intensity
Pipeline with sand has excellent hydraulic pressure resistance intensity, outer pressure resistance intensity and impact resistance intensity. It can be interred in different geological conditions. Also we can design the pipeline and pipe fittings according to different requirement of our clients.
6. Good water preservation
The pipeline with sand has no poison, and the water transported by it can be maintained long time sanitation.
7. Light weight, easy installation
Pipeline with sand is as light as 1/4 of the steel pipe and 1/10 of the cement pipe. So the cost on load and loading and transportation is reduced. The pipeline with sand can reach to 15 meters with less tie-in. It doesn't need professional device, cockamamie jointing, anti-corrosion process and preservation of cathode.
8. Less investment and long using life
The cost of project of pipeline with sand is 23% lower than steel tube, 70% lower than cement pipe in transporting large-sized and middle-sized flux. Easy to be transported, low install charge, no maintenance, and long using life up to more than 50 years.
